This "no fine print" lifetime replacement warranty extends to cover all BDS hard parts and includes a lifetime warranty on bushings. Exclusions would be product finish and wearable items. All warranties require the customer to provide a Proof of purchase including Name, product, purchase date, and price paid. If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, they will give you a new part. Period. Wearable Parts like BDS NX2 Series Shocks and BDS/Fox Performance Series Shocks, Ball Joints, and Tie Rod Ends have their own specific warranties.
Please note that BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. BDS will cover the cost of ground shipping on warranty items, and a return shipping label if they require the warranty part to be returned to them. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, expedited freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
